Usually, if a solar panel encounters an incident, it generally happens within its first two years. Beem guarantees* the panels and the inverter if the installation complies with the assembly guide.
To activate your warranty, it's quite simple:
From your BEEM application, activate the warranty for your kit within 12 months of your purchase. To validate the compliance of your installation, 2 photos will be required:
- A photo of the bottom/back of your kit to visualize the connections and the inverter,
- An overall photo of your installation (5 to 10 meters).
If you need to use your warranty, the purchase date of your kit and an invoice will be required. Remember to keep them carefully! Our experts will review the photos of your installation and ensure that the activation conditions have been properly met.
*All kits are eligible for warranty, but certain conditions apply:
Kits purchased before 01/12/2022 will be eligible for a 2-year warranty,
Kits purchased before 01/11/2023 will be eligible for a 10-year warranty,
Kits purchased from 01/11/2023 onwards will be eligible for a 25-year warranty.
